The Role
We are looking for an Applications Engineer – Dairy Solutions to join our Commercial Team in Europe. This client-facing role requires independent problem-solving, technical expertise, and the ability to manage field projects with minimal oversight. You’ll work directly with dairy clients and partners across Europe to design and implement solutions, conduct process audits, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure client success.
What You’ll Do
- Own technical engagements with clients, from scoping to implementation.
- Conduct audits, data analysis, and field demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot membrane systems and provide hands-on solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
- Travel regularly (~50%) across Europe, with occasional overseas trips.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in dairy process operations — required.
- Strong knowledge of process membranes and membrane systems.
- Proven ability to work independently in client environments across Europe.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (e.g., Chemical, Food, Dairy Technology).
