What You’ll Do
- Responsibility for the support, further development and documentation of manufacturing processes in the production environment
- Technical planning and support for plant conversions and renovations in collaboration with planning companies and suppliers
- Creation, maintenance and further development of P&IDs as well as derivation and optimization of the associated processes
- Support in complying with legal requirements and internal standards in the area of environment, health and safety (EHS)
- Technical support for development projects in the area of manufacturing processes
- Close cooperation with production, maintenance, R&D and external partners to ensure process capability
- Planning, evaluation and implementation of production trials using the SixSigma toolbox and other aids
- Creation, revision and instruction of guidelines (safety measures, quality controls, work processes, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Completed Bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, process engineering or similar
- Profound knowledge in the analysis and optimization of process engineering processes
- Experience in the creation and interpretation of P&IDs
- Ability to analyze technical problems in a structured manner and to develop sustainable solutions
- Knowledge of work safety requirements and ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner with C&I, R&D and production
- Strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills and initiative
- English and German spoken and written (minimum B2)
